This is a blog about a family.

It's a mommy, daddy, baby, and two dogs family.

Mommy is the "I" of this blog.

Daddy is DH on this blog. "Dear Husband" suits him. He is truly dear to us. More on this shortly.

Baby is two, and he is The Bandersnatch on this blog. He earned this nickname after months of intense colic as a baby, from Lewis Carroll's "Jabberwocky" poem, which features a "frumious Bandersnatch." And frumious he sometimes was. He is less often frumious now.

My husband was recently diagnosed with a Mast Cell Activation Disorder.

My son was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder when he was 13 months old.
